摘要
为了研究大断面开切眼围岩破坏及控制技术,以山西王家岭矿4号煤层开切眼为工程背景,采用现场调研分析、数值模拟、现场施工试验与实测相结合的方法,研究了特大断面开切眼的变形破坏特征,详细分析了组合锚索桁架主动控制原理、布置方式及优越性,最终提出采用组合锚索桁架主动控制的原理与相应技术,得出适应于现场的详细支护方案并实施。工程实践验证了该支护指导思想和技术的科学性。
To study surrounding rock damage and the control technology of large section open- off cut, based on the engineering background of open- off cut in No. 4 coal seam of Shanxi Wangjialing coal mine,using site investigation,numerical simulation,site construction test combining with actual measurement,the paper studies deformation and failure characteristics of large section open- off cut,analyzes the active control principle,layout and advantages of composite cable truss. The active control principle and relative control technology are proposed,the detailed support plan is obtained and applied in site. Engineering practice has verified the scientificity of the guiding ideology and technology.
