摘要
以阳煤集团新元公司D302回风巷道在掘进期间发生冒顶事故为例,探究了导致巷道垮冒的原因,提出采用高预应力桁架锚索、单体锚杆(索)双支护技术,利用FLAC软件进行参数模拟研究,并结合工程类比法确定巷道最终支护方案。现场矿压观测结果表明,巷道服务期间,断面收敛率小,顶板无冒漏现象。
Taking the roof fall accident during the roadway tunneling in D302 roadway of Xinyuan Colliery of Yangquan Coal Group as an example,the reasons for roof falling are explored and the joint supporting technology of highly prestressed truss bolting cable and single roof bolts is proposed.Numerical simulation is done by making use of software FLAC and the final supporting scheme is determined together with the engineering analogy method.The field mine pressure observation result shows that the cross section shrinkage rate is very small and no roof falls are seen during the roadway service life.
