高膨胀松软围岩邻空巷底鼓机理及防治技术 被引量:3

摘要 为解决高膨胀松软围岩邻空巷严重底鼓问题,采用十字布点、钻孔成像等方法对高膨胀松软围岩邻空巷变形规律及煤柱上覆岩层破断结构进行了现场实测,以此为基础分析了高膨胀松软围岩邻空巷底鼓变形关键影响因素及变形机理。研究结果表明,围岩应力和煤柱自身强度为高膨胀松软围岩邻空巷底鼓变形的关键影响因素;邻空侧上覆岩层失稳活化为其剧烈底鼓变形的根源。据此提出了高膨胀松软围岩邻空巷底鼓防治技术:1侧向切顶优化围岩应力;2巷旁充填弱化覆岩活化程度;3注浆加固提高煤柱自身强度,以期为高膨胀松软围岩煤层的安全高效回采提供借鉴。 Aiming at the serious floor heave of roadway near goaf side in high swelling and soft rock,the deformation pattern and structure of overlying strata is paper measured with cross layout and borehole imaging methods,based on which the key factors of floor heave are analyzed for roadway near goaf side in high swelling and soft rock. The results show that,rock stress and coal pillar strength are the key factors; the root of serious floor heave is instability activation of overburden on roadway near goaf side. Accordingly the paper proposed new technologies to control the floor heave of roadway near goaf side in high swelling and soft rock: 1) lateral roof cutting to optimize surrounding rock stress; 2) packing to weak the rock activation degree; 3) grouting reinforcement to improve the coal pillar strength.
