摘要
目的优化感冒清热胶囊中挥发油的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法研究药材提取次数、加水量及提取时间三个因素对挥发油提取工艺的影响,以挥发油得率、胡薄荷酮含量为评价指标进行综合评价,优选最佳提取工艺。结果得到最佳提取工艺条件为A1B3C1,即加8倍量水提取1次,共4 h。结论该方法挥发油得率较高,工艺简单合理、稳定可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from Ganmao Qingre capsule. Methods Using orthogonal experiment design extraction times, add water and extraction time on volatile oil extracted three factors influence the process to volatile oil yield, pulegone content evaluation comprehensive evaluation, preferably optimum extraction. Results The optimum extraction conditions is A1B3C1, plus 8 times the amount of water extracted once, a total of 4 hours. Conclusion This method obtained higher volatile oil, the process is simple and reasonable, stable and feasible.
