牡丹皮五产区根际土壤酶活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索中药材道地性与根际土壤酶的相关性。方法采用滴定法和比色法测定牡丹皮道地产区铜陵和南陵、非道地产区亳州、洛阳、荷泽的根际土壤酶活性。结果两道地产区的过氧化氢酶和碱性磷酸酶活性均值高于三非道地产区,过氧化氢酶活性在两道地产区之间、道地与非道地产区之间均差异显著,碱性磷酸酶活性在两道地产区之间无显著差异,道地产区与菏泽、亳州差异显著;两道地产区的脲酶活性均值低于三非道地产区,在两道地产区之间无显著差异,道地产区与亳州、洛阳均差异显著;蔗糖酶活性均值以洛阳最大、铜陵最小。结论土壤酶活性在道地与非道地产区之间无必然规律,土壤酶不是牡丹皮道地性形成的主导因子,土壤酶活性值仅供牡丹皮道地性评价参考。 Objective To explore the correlation between genuineness of Chinese herbal medicines and rhizosphere soil enzyme. Methods Selecting Tongling and Nanling as genuine producing regions of Cortex Moutan, Bozhou, Luoyang and Heze as its non-genuine producing regions, measuring their rhizosphere enzymatic activities by Titration and Colorimetry. Results The average values of catalase and alkaline phosphatase activity in the two genuine producing regions were higher than that in the three non-genuine producing regions, both of the difference between Tongling and Nanling, the genuine and non-genuine producing regions on catalase activity reached significant levels. There was no significant difference between Tongling and Nanling on alkaline phosphatase activity, but the genuine producing regions and Heze, Bozhou were significantly related. The average values of urease activity in the genuine producing regions were lower than that in the non-genuine producing regions, there was no significant difference between Tongling and Nanling on it, but that in the genuine producing regions were significantly different from Bozhou and Luoyang. The average value of invertase activity in Luoyang was the highest, and that in Tongling was the lowest. Conclusion There is no inevitable regularity between the genuine and the non-genuine regions on rhizosphere enzyme activity, so it is not a leading factor in forming genuine Cortex Moutan, the values of rhizosphere enzyme activity are only a reference to evaluate its geoherbalism.
