摘要
目的研究我院自拟活血化瘀方治疗瘀血阻络型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选择2014年3月—2015年3月来我院就诊的64例慢性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用我院自拟活血化瘀方,治疗2周后,观察临床疗效。结果实验组治疗后总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的71.88%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后感觉无疼痛者达71.87%,显著高于对照组的37.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我院自拟活血化瘀方对改善瘀血阻络型慢性胃炎患者疼痛状况、提高治疗效果,临床价值肯定,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of self - designed promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis recipe in treating chronic gastritis of blood stasis obstructing collaterals type. Methods 64 patients with chronic gastritis who came to the hospital for treatment from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine, while the experimental group, based on the control group, was additionally treated with self - designed promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis recipe. After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical curative effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75% which was significantly higher than 71.88% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. After treatment, patients without pain in the experimental group accounted for 71. 87% which was significantly higher than 37. 6% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The self-designed promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis recipe of the hospital can remit the pain of patients with chronic gastritis of blood stasis obstructing collaterals type, and improve the curative effect. The treatment is of certain clinical value, and is worthy to be popularized.
