摘要
目的了解鼻咽癌康复者中医体质类型构成,更好地为治病和康复服务。方法采用中医问卷结合辨证方法对309例鼻咽癌康复者进行中医体质调查。结果气郁质132例,阴虚质123例,血瘀质111例,湿热质94例,气虚质77例,痰湿质73例,血虚质27例,特禀质22例,阳虚质15例,平和质7例。其中偏实质(湿热质、痰湿质、血瘀质)占88.97%,随年龄增大而血瘀质比例增加;偏虚质(气虚质、阳虚质、血虚质、阴虚质)占78.32%。血虚质男女组差异有统计学意义;平和质和特禀质男、女性各年龄组差异无统计学意义;气郁质比例最高,随着生存期延长和年龄增大逐渐减少。结论鼻咽癌康复者中医体质类型存在一定的规律性,气郁质、阴虚质、血瘀质、湿热质是鼻咽癌康复者常见的体质,年龄、生存期与性别对气郁质、瘀血质和血虚质体质有一定的影响。
Objective To get knowledge about the TCM constitution of the healed nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, and further to provide better medical treatment and recovery service for the patients. Method Combining with syndrome differentiation, a questionnaire survey on TCM constitution was conducted to 309 healed nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. Result There were 132 qi depression patients, 123 yin deficiency patients, 111 static blood patients, 94 heat-dampness patients, 77 qi deficiency patients, 73 phlegm dampness patients, 27 blood deficiency patients, 22 special intrinsic patients, 15 yang deficiency patients and 7 gentleness patients. Among them, pan-excess patients （heat quality, phlegm and congestion quality patients） took 88.97% , and the proportion of congestion quality patients tended to rise with the advance of age, pan-deficiency patients （qi deficiency, yang deficiency, quality deficiency and yin deficiency patients） took 78.32% , and the data of male and female quality deficiency patients groups were of statistical characteristics, the respective data of male or female gentleness and special intrinsic quality patients groups with varied age periods lack statistical characteristics. Qi quality patients took the largest proportion which decreased with the prolongation of [ifespan and the advance of age. Conclusion There was some regularity about the TCM constitution of the healed nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. They usually are of constitutions of qi quality, yin deficiency, congestion quality and heat quality, and factors like age, lifespan and gender have certain influence on the constitutions of qi quality, congestion quality and quality deficiency.
