摘要
针对富拉尔基发电厂1号锅炉汽包吊装存在的厂房内空间狭小、汽包无法直接吊运、无升降口等问题,笔者根据该厂设计图纸及实际勘察,选择了吊装路径和吊装方案,校核计算了吊装中锅炉主要承重钢梁螺栓及新汽包吊耳强度应力,对强度校核计算不合格的锅炉部件采取了相应的补强改造措施。实践证明,母管式运行机组采用该种吊装路径、吊装程序和重点部件强度核算方法,能够保证老式小机组汽包安全更换,满足了吊装中材料强度要求。
Aiming at the problems found in the factory for No. 1 boiler drum hoisting in Fulaerji Power Plant,such as narrow space,failure in directly hoisting and no hatchway,the author selected the path and plan of hoisting according to the design drawing and reconnaissance of this plant,checked the strength stress of the bolt of main bearing beam and the new drum hoisting lug,and made the reinforcement and reconstruction of the unqualified boiler components. The practice proves that the strength check mentioned,for hoisting path,process and important components,adopted in main pipe unit,can guarantee the safe replacement of drum for old type units,which meets the requirements of material strength.
