摘要
在大型火力发电厂安装工程中,锅炉汽包尺寸大,重量重,它的吊装工作成功与否直接关系到整台机组的安装。为此,以台山电厂600MW机组锅炉汽包吊装为例,阐述了采用钢索式液压提升装置吊装锅炉汽包的方法。实践证明,该方法经济、方便、安全可靠,值得在其它类似大型火力发电机组安装工程中借鉴推广。
During the installation of a large thermal power plant, the hoisting of the large and heavy boiler drum is of vital importance to the installation of the whole unit. Taking the boiler drum hoisting for a 600 MW unit in Taishan Power Plant for example, this paper expounds the method of using cable^type hydraulic hoisting device for boiler drum hoisting. Practice proves that the method is economic, convenient and reliable, and is worth spreading in other similar projects of large thermal power plants.
