摘要
采用极化曲线、中性盐雾测试、SEM和EDX方法,探讨了Y_2O_3纳米颗粒对普通碳钢表面无铬达克罗涂层耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:无铬达克罗涂层中掺杂少量Y_2O_3纳米颗粒可增强其耐蚀性能,使涂层的腐蚀电位升高,腐蚀电流密度降低。Y_2O_3纳米颗粒不仅可抑制阴极还原反应,从而控制整个腐蚀过程,也可作为物理屏障阻碍腐蚀介质对涂层内部的渗透,但它不能改变极化曲线形状。本无铬达克罗涂层中Y_2O_3的最佳含量为20 g/L。
Corrosion resistance of chromium-free Dacromet( CFD) coatings containing Y_2O_3 nanoparticles for the protection of plain carbon steel was investigated through potentiodynamic polarization test,neutral salt spray( NSS) test,SEM and EDX. The results show that the chromium-free Dacromet( CFD) doped with a small amount of Y_2O_3 nanoparticles can enhance its corrosion resistant performance,increase the coating corrosion potential and decrease the corrosion current density. Y_2O_3 nanoparticles not only restrain the entire corrosion process by suppressing the cathodic reduction reaction,but also act as a physical barrier that can prevent corrosion medium from penetrating into the interior of the coating,however,it can not change the shape of polarization curves. The optimal amount of Y_2O_3 added to chromium-free Dacromet( CFD) coating is 20 g / L.
