镀锌钢无铬钝化技术研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 铬酸盐常见于传统镀锌层钝化,但有毒性大等缺点,因此寻求更为安全的无铬钝化技术是当前研究的重中之重。主要综述了国内外常用的无铬钝化工艺,大致分为无机、有机及无机/有机复合三大类,详细介绍了这三类无铬钝化技术的研究进展和优点,指出复合钝化耐蚀性强,污染小,有广阔的应用前景,并对镀锌板无铬钝化未来的发展趋势进行了展望。 Chromate is common in the traditional zinc plating passivation,but it has the disadvantages of high toxicity,so to seek a safer chromium-free passivation technology is the top priority of current research.In this paper common chromium-free passivating process at home and abroad,roughly divided into inorganic,organic and inorganic/organic composite three categories,introduces the research progress of three kinds of chromium-free passivating technology and advantages in detail,and points out that composite passivation corrosion resistance is strong,pollution is small,has a broad application prospect,and the galvanized sheet without chromium passivation of the future development trend is prospected.
