摘要
为了了解球孢白僵菌TST05在果园的防虫效果,应用球孢白僵菌TST05菌粉进行了防治桃小食心虫的试验。结果表明,防治后桃小食心虫幼虫平均校正死亡率达67.3%;虫果率为5.0%~15.0%,远远低于对照组的虫果率32.5%~60.0%,防治效果达68.18%~84.48%,效果十分明显。
To understand the Beauveria bassiana TST05 in orchard pest control effect, the paper studied the control effect of Carposina sasakii using Beauveria bassiana TST05. The result showed that the average mortality rate of Carposina sasakii larvaes was67.3% after prevention, the rates of insect bitted fruit was 5.0%- 15.0%, which was less than that of CK（32.5%- 60.0%）, the control efficiency was 68.18%- 84.48%. The control efficiency of Beauveria bassiana strain TST05 to Carposina sasakii was significant.
