摘要 原发性渗出性淋巴瘤（Primaryeffusionlymphoma，PEL）是与HIV和人疱疹病毒8（HHV-8）感染有关的淋巴组织增生紊乱性疾病，常累及胸膜、心包、腹膜，以多浆膜腔积液、尤其是胸腔积液为主要症状。因此，呼吸科往往成为诊断的首要科室。而非HIV相关的PEL临床更少见。
