摘要
本文报道2013年3月～2015年10月10例双侧声带麻痹患者，应用CO_2激光切除声门旁间隙及杓状软骨，术后3个月均拔除气管插管，随访1～2年，无呼吸及进食困难，发声正常，术腔黏膜光滑，无肉芽组织生长等并发症发生。
[Summary] This paper reported 10 patients with bilateral vocal cord paralysis from March 2013 to October 2015.The paraglottic space and arytenoid were resected with CO_2 laser.The endotracheal intubation was removed at 3 months after surgery .The patients were followed up for 1-2 years.No dyspnea or eating difficulty was seen .Patient’ s voice was normal.The cavity mucous membrane was smooth .No complications such as granulation tissue growth occurred .
