低温等离子射频消融术治疗儿童鼾症的疗效分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的该研究主要探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗儿童鼾症的临床应用价值。方法该院2013年5月—2015年5月期间共收治了90例患有鼾症的儿童患者,从中随机选取60例作为该次研究对象,将60例鼾症患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,观察组患者给予低温等离子消融术进行治疗,对照组患者给予扁桃体联合腺样切除术进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组患者的伪膜形成和脱落时间分别为:(17.51±1.96)h、(26.43±2.78)h,差异有统计学意义。此外,观察组患者术后引流量、术中出血量以及呼吸暂停低通气指数等明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该研究结果表明,低温等离子消融术治疗鼾症患儿,有助于提高患者的治疗效果,减少术中出血量和术后引流量,缩短伪膜的形成和脱落时间,促进患者早日康复,值得大力推广应用。 Objective To discuss the clinical application value of radiofrequency ablation in treatment of snore symptom in children. Methods 60 cases of children with snore symptom were selected as the research object from 90 children with snore symptom treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the observation group were treated with low-temperature plasma ablation the control group were treated with amygdala combined with adenoid resection, the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results Pseudo membrane formation and detachment time in the observation group and the control group was respectively(17.51±1.96)h and(26.43±2.78)h with statistical significance, in addition, postoperative drainage volume, postoperative bleeding volume and apnea hypopnea index in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion he research result shows that low-temperature plasma ablation in treatment of children with snore symptom contributes to improving the treatment effect of patients, decrease postoperative bleeding volume and postoperative drainage volume, shorten the pseudo membrane formation and detachment time and promote the patients to get well soon, which is worthy of great promotion and application.
