摘要
为探讨鳙鱼和草鱼消化能力的差异,分别对这2种鱼的肝体系数进行了检测和分析。结果表明院鳙鱼的肝体系数在0.54%~1.05%之间,平均为0.83%依0.12%;草鱼的肝体系数在2.07%~3.68%之间,平均为2.91%依0.32%。根据鳙鱼和草鱼的体重大小排序,可以发现,鳙鱼和草鱼的体重与全长、体长、头长、尾长、体高均成正比,而与肝体系数没有相关性。比较鳙鱼与草鱼的肝体系数,发现它们存在显著差异,草鱼的肝体系数是鳙鱼的(3.48依0.73)倍。
Detection and analysis of hepatosomatie index of grass carp and bighead carp were conducted to discuss the differences between the two fish digestive capacity. The results showed that the hepatosomatic index of bighead carp was between 0.54% and 1.05% ,average of 0.83% ± 0.12% ;the hepatosomatic index of grass carp was between 2.07% and 3.68% ,average of 2.91%±0.32%.The body weight and total length ,body length, head length,tail length,body height were proportional of grass carp and bighead carp,but there was no correlation with the hepatosomatic index. Comparing hepatosomatic index of the two kinds of fish, significant differences were found,grass carp was 3.48 ± 0.73 times as much as bighead carp.
