摘要
建立了微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定大米中Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn六种金属元素含量的方法 .通过单因素考察及正交试验优化确定了消解试样的最佳条件为:HNO3与H2O2的体积比是3:2,消解液用量为7.00 m L,消解功率为低火,消解时间为5 min.实验结果表明:大米中含有较丰富的Mg、Ca,而Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn含量较低.方法的相对标准偏差(n=3)介于0.10%~4.5%之间,平均加标回收率在90.0%~110.0%之间.
The microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry method was established for the determination of six metal elements (Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn) in rice. The optimal conditions of microwave digestion was found as HNO3:H202 (V/V)= 3:2, microwave power of low fire, and the digestion time of 4 minutes. The experimental results showed that rice was rich in Mg, Ca, and contained only small amount of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn. The relative standard deviation of the method was between 0.2% and 3.7%, and the addition standard recovery was in the ranges of 89.3%~100.0%.
