摘要
高血压病是临床常见的心脑血管病,该病有蔓延趋势,临床上分阶段进行防护或治疗是应对高血压病的最好策略。中医学"治未病"思想包括未病先防、欲病救萌、既病防变、愈后防复等四个方面的内容。在"治未病"思想的指导下,将中医整体观念、体质辨识及四诊合参等理论运用于高血压病各阶段的防护与治疗,对于改善临床症状、体征,减少并发症,甚至阻止疾病的继续发展有着重要意义。
Hypertension is a common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease and which is spreading at present. In clinical,The best strategy is staged protection or treatment for hypertension. The idea of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ of TCM includs four aspects of content as follows：prevention before illness,prevention and treatment disease when it will happen, prevention the disease continues to change, prevention repeated when the disease has been cured. There will be a very important significance using the theory of holistic concept, physical identification and combination of four diagnostic in the whole course of hypertention such asImproving clinical symp- toms, signs, reduce complications, and even prevention the development of the disease under the gnidence of the thought of ＂preven- tive treatment of disease＂.
