摘要
利用ASEPN PLUS流程模拟软件对富氧燃烧氛围下纯煤掺烧生物质时污染物的排放特性进行了模拟分析,结果表明:在掺烧比例一定时,富氧燃烧氛围下烟气中NO_x和SO_x排放浓度远低于常规空气燃烧氛围下的值,而CO的排放浓度显著高于常规空气燃烧氛围的值,且随O_2浓度的提高,NO_x和SO_x的排放浓度逐渐增加,CO的排放浓度逐渐降低;在O_2浓度一定时,燃烧温度对CO的排放浓度影响很大,当温度超过1 200℃以后,CO的排放浓度急剧上升,NO_x的排放浓度随燃烧温度的升高而增加,SO_x的排放浓度受燃烧温度影响不大,随燃烧温度的升高略有增加。
By making use of the flow path simulation software Asepn Plus,simulated and analyzed were the emission characteristics of pollutants during the combustion of pure coal diluted and mixed with biomass in the oxygen-enriched combustion atmosphere. It has been found that when the dilution and mixing combustion proportion is constant,the NO_x and SO_x emissions concentrations in the flue gases in the oxygen-enriched combustion atmosphere will be far lower than the value in the conventional air combustion atmosphere and the CO emissions concentration,however,will be notably higher than that in the conventional air combustion atmosphere. In addition,with an increase of the O_2 concentration,the NO_x and SO_x emissions concentrations will gradually increase and the CO emissions concentration will decrease step by step. When the O_2 concentration is constant,the combustion temperature has a very big influence on the CO emissions concentration. When the combustion temperature exceeds 1 200 ℃,the CO emissions concentration will increase drastically and the NO_x emissions concentration will increase with an increase of the combustion temperature. The combustion temperature will have no big influence on the SO_x emissions con-centration and the latter will somewhat increase with an increase of the combustion temperature.
