摘要
抽水蓄能电站在全球能源互联网、电力系统调峰、雾霾治理和绿色能源建设中,提供了重要的支撑和保障作用。本文首先介绍了日本冲绳海水抽水蓄能电站的工程建设条件及运营实践经验,接着分析了我国海水抽水蓄能电站的工程建设条件,最后建议我国现阶段宜开展一定有前瞻性的研究工作和具体工作、如适时开展试验站点的建设、开展有针对性的海水防腐等。
Water pumped storage stations play an important role in Global Energy Internet, power system peaking duty, environmental pollution control and green power. This paper first introduces the construction characteristic, the operation characteristic of Okinawa Seat water pumped storage which is the first seat water pumped storage station. Second analyses the construction condition of Seat water pumped storage station at China's coastline. Finally, the paper presents some ideas and suggestions to the research of the seat water pumped storage station in China, to the construction of test station.
