摘要
理论与实践领域对企业社会责任价值效应往往得出模糊甚至矛盾的结论 ,究其原因主要是忽视了企业社会责任的多维性、互补性、模式的等效性及情境因素的复杂性。本文选取2013—2014年中国479个上市公司作为研究样本,选取模糊定性比较分析从企业社会责任价值的非对称性及维度间的互补性入手,探究不同地理位置与产权性质下的企业社会责任投资模式。研究发现,企业采取组合且集中的模式更容易提升企业价值;对于一般企业,应以投资者及供应商和客户关系为基础,辅以雇员关系管理或环境保护,而社区回馈则并不重要;在纳入地理位置与产权性质作为情境因素后,投资者关系管理的优先性被进一步凸显。中心地区的国有企业相较于偏远地区则享受到了制度环境优化释放的红利,其投资模式更应该强化投资者的地位。民营企业在中心地区可以采取前瞻性的环境保护策略,偏远地区则应该突出社区回馈的作用。
Ignoring the multidimensional, complementary nature of the corporate social responsibility （CSR） and equifinality of the pattern as well as the complexity of contingency factors often result in the conclusion of CSR value effect being fuzzy or even conflicting between theory and practice field. This paper selects the data of 479 Chinese listed companies in 2013 to 2014 as research samples, and begins with studying asymmetry and dimensional complementarity of CSR value using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis, exploring the pattern of CSR investment in different geographic locations and ownership structures. The study found that more centralized and combined patterns are easier to improve enterprise value. For general finns, relationships of investor, supplier and customer should be the basis, supplemented by employee relationship or environmental protection. But community feedback is not important. After incorporating the geographical locations and property rights as contingency factors, priority of investor relations has been further highlighted. State-owned enterprises in the central region enjoy dividends produced by the institutional environment optimization, thus strengthening investor relations compared to remote region. Private enterprises in the central region can take proactive environmental strategies, and those in remote areas should highhght the role of community feedback.
