2型糖尿病合并甲亢患者脂肪因子及氧化应激状态评估 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨血清脂肪因子及氧化应激状态在2型糖尿病合并甲亢患者病情评估中的意义。方法:选择2型糖尿病患者167例作为观察组,根据是否存在甲状腺功能异常分为A亚组(139例)、B亚组(28例)。对照组选择非糖尿病健康人群50例。入选后分别检测两组血清胰腺及甲状腺功能、血清内脂素、抵抗素、瘦素、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)。结果:A亚组、B亚组空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数较对照组显著性升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),B亚组胰岛素抵抗指数与A亚组比较,有统计学差异。B亚组FT3较对照组显著性升高(P<0.05),B亚组FT4较对照组、A亚组显著性升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),B亚组TSH较对照组、A亚组显著性降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。A亚组、B亚组MDA、CAT较对照组显著性升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。A亚组、B亚组SOD、GSH较对照组显著性下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。B亚组MDA、CAT、GSH与A亚组比较,有统计学差异。A亚组、B亚组内脂素、抵抗素较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),而瘦素较对照组显著性下降(P<0.05)。B亚组内脂素、瘦素与A亚组比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:血清脂肪因子及氧化应激状态可有效反映糖尿病患者甲状腺损伤程度,对判断病情进展具有重要意义。
