党的建设和思想政治工作是经济工作与其他一切工作的生命线,是公司两大飞机型号ARJ21和C919研制和发展建设的强大政治优势和精神保证。公司的党建工作紧紧围绕型号研制和能力建设,把党建思想政治工作融入民机服务工程和运行支持工作中去,充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用,建立完善上下联动、目标明确、责任明晰的思想政治保障体系,取得了显著成效。面对当前型号研制面临的新形势新机遇,党建思想政治工作要针对型号研制难度大、任务重、周期长、挑战多的特点,在如何更加深度地融入民机项目研制全程、全员、全要素上下功夫,努力探索新形势下加强和改进公司党建工作的新途径新机制新举措。
Party building and ideological and political work is the lifeline of economic work and all the other work,and also are the strong political and mental guarantee for our company＇s two types ARJ21 and C919 of civil aircrafts research and development and construction. According to the arrangement of Commercial aircraft Corporation of China Ltd,Our party committee devotes Party building work and ideological and political work into the service engineering and the operation support,in order to exert the political center function of party organization. We have already received notable effects,and now we face to the new opportunity and new situation of the civil aircrafts type research. Party building and ideological and political work need to point at the features of hard difficulty,large task,long cycle and many challenges of the types of civil aircrafts and strength and improve new ways,new mechanisms and new methods of our company＇s Party building on how to make more deeper guarantee in the whole way,with all workers and essential factors of civil aircraft projects research.
