摘要
针对"90后"新生进入大学的新形势,文章提出高校应从新生的思想转型、学习转型和生活转型三方面入手,充分发挥师长的领航作用、学长的导航作用和家长的护航作用,借助新媒体平台,努力探索内容丰富、形式新颖的新生转型教育途径,提高新生转型教育的针对性和实效性,拓展大学生思想政治教育的广度和深度。
In view of the fact that post-90 s have entered the college, this article, from the angles of thought transformation, learning transformation and life transformation, proposes giving full play to teachers’ pilot role,seniors’ navigation function and parents’ escort role,using new media platforms, exploring the transformation education approaches for freshmen with rich content and new forms, improving its pertinence and effectiveness as well as expanding the breadth and depth of the ideological and political education for college students.
