摘要
模具磨损是导致模具失效的主要因素之一,所以提高模具寿命尤为重要.基于Deform-3D有限元模拟分析软件,采用Archard磨损模型,预测了单座阀阀杆零件的H13钢锻造模具在不同模具硬度条件下,模具寿命随模具硬度变化的规律,得到了锻件的等效应力、等效应变和模具磨损规律.研究发现,当使用H13模具锻造316L材料零件,H13的硬度(HRC)为65时,模具的磨损最小,模具的寿命最高.
Die wear is one of the main factors leading to the die failure, so it is particularly important to improve die life. Based on simulation analysis software Deform-3D, Archard wear model was used to predict the change laws of die life with various die hardness for H13 steel forging die. Then,the effective stress, effective strain of the forging and die wear laws were obtained. The result shows that when using H13 die to forge 316L parts,with the die hardness is HRC 65,the wear is the minimum and the die life reaches the highest.
