摘要
目的 分析锚钉治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的效果。方法 回顾分析2013年6月-2015年1月应用锚钉治疗内侧副韧带损伤的病例。观察对比治疗前后的症状、体征,采用Lysholm评分标准对其疗效进行评价。结果19例应用锚钉治疗内侧副韧带损伤的病例随访9-21个月,平均15个月。应用Lysholm评分系统评价关节功能,术前Lysholm评分32-36分,平均（33.0±1.2）分;术后Lysholm评分85-100分,平均（91.4±4.0）分。术后关节功能明显恢复,Lysholm评分高于术前。术后X线片显示锚钉在骨内无松动,关节间隙内外侧对称。结论 对于内侧副韧带损伤的病例,早期应用锚定修复断裂韧带,能有效恢复关节功能,治疗效果明显。
Objective To analyze the effect of anchor fixation in treatment of knee medial collateral ligament injury. Methods Patients of anchor fixation in treatment of knee medial collateral ligament injury from June 2013 to January 2015 were reviewed and analyzed. The symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed and compared. The efficacy was evaluated by Lysholm scoring system. Results 19 cases of anchor fixation in treatment of knee medial collateral ligament injury were followed up for 9 to 21 months, with an average of 15 months. The knee function was evaluated by Lysholm scoring system. The Lysholm scores were 32-36 scores before operation, with an average of （33.0±1.2） scores, and were 85-100 scores after operation, with an average of （91.4±4.0） scores. After operation, the knee function was significantly improved and the Lysholm scores were significantly higher than those before treatment. Results of X-ray examination showed no loosening of anchors and symmetry of lateral and medial joint space. Conclusion Early application of anchor fixation in patients with knee medial collateral ligament injury can effectively improve the knee function with significant therapeutic effect.
