摘要
膝关节内侧副韧带(MCL)着膝关节内侧稳定的重要作用,能够阻止膝关节过度外翻、内外旋。MCL损伤临床多表现为膝关节外侧的局限性明显疼痛、肿胀、关节功能受限、压痛,若是MCL经久未治,则可能会继发出现其他韧带的损伤,以致出现膝关节的不稳。MCL损伤对患者身体造成疼痛,行动造成不便,影响患者的生活质量,因此对MCL患者进行正确的诊断以及合理的治疗措施,缓解患者痛苦,提高患者的生活质量极为重要。因此该文对近5年以来的膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的文献进行分析归纳,对其临床诊断、治疗措施、治疗效果、研究进展等情况进行综述。
The medial collateral ligament（MCL） of the knee plays an important role in medial stability of the knee joint,which can prevent the knee joint from being valgus, internal and external rotation. The clinical manifestations of MCL injury are mostly the limitations of lateral knee joint pain, swelling, joint function limitation, and tenderness. If MCL is left untreated for a long time, other ligament injuries may occur secondary to knee instability. MCL injury causes pain to the patient＇s body, causes inconvenience to the action, and affects the quality of life of the patient. Therefore, it is very important to correctly diagnose and reasonably treat the MCL patient, relieve the patient＇s pain and improve the patient＇s quality of life.Therefore, this article analyzes the literature of the medial collateral ligament injury in the knee for the past five years, and summarizes its clinical diagnosis, treatment measures, treatment effects, and research progress.
