摘要
目的探索鸡油菌子实体粗多糖对S180荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤抑制活性及对血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法以S180为模型,探索体内抗肿瘤活性;ELISA法检测其对荷瘤小鼠血清中TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-6水平的影响。结果鸡油菌子实体粗多糖高、中、低剂量组对S180肿瘤细胞的抑制率分别为35.72%,31.47%和19.82%,且与空白组相比能提高荷瘤小鼠血清中TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-6四种细胞因子的水平。结论鸡油菌子实体粗多糖对移植性S180肉瘤具有较好的肿瘤抑制作用和免疫调节活性。
Objective To explore the chanterelles fruiting polysaccharides' influence on the S180 tumor bearing mice's inhibitory activity and the level of serum tumor necrosis factor( TNF- α),γ- interferon( IFN- γ),interleukin- 2( IL- 2),interleukin- 6( IL- 6). Methods Taking S180 as a model to explore the anti- tumor activity in vivo,and to detect its effect on the serum TNF- α,IFN- γ,IL- 2,IL- 6 levels of the tumor bearing mice by ELISA. Results The chanterelles fruiting polysaccharides of high,medium and low dose group's inhibition rates of S180 tumor cells were 35. 72%,31. 47% and 19. 82% respectively. Compared with the control group,the chanterelles fruiting polysaccharides could improve 4 kinds of cell factors levels of tumor- bearing mice which were the serum of TNF- α,IFN- γ,IL- 2,IL- 6. Conclusion The chanterelles fruiting bodies of polysaccharides had the better inhibition of tumor and immunomodulatory activity on the transplanted S180 sarcoma.
