脑深部电刺激对植物人促醒治疗的研究进展 被引量:5

The progress of consciousness-promoted treatment on persistent vegetative state patients by deep brain stimulation

摘要 脑深部电刺激技术(DBS)进行促醒治疗近年来引起了学者们的关注,成为神经功能调控和颅脑创伤救治领域的研究新热点。DBS作为一种有创性治疗应用于病情相对平稳的康复期患者,需要有充分的临床预后研究、合理的治疗方案以及可靠的基础理论支撑。本文从历史研究、促醒调控频率的讨论、、中央丘脑DBS刺激促醒的神经生物化学理论等几个方面对近年来的研究进展进行综述。 Deep brain stimulation (DBS) for wake promoting therapy has aroused the attention of scholars in recent years, becoming a new hotspot in the research field of nerve function regulation and the treatment of craniocerebral trauma. However, as a noninvasive treatment method, DBS only can applied to the patients with relatively stable conditions with the full clinical prognosis research result, reasonable treatment plans and reliable support of basic theory. This paper has reviewed the research prognosis in the recent years on historical research, discussion on the regulation and control of wake promoting frequency, the neural biochemical theory of central thalamic DBS wake promoting stimulation, etc.
