摘要
目的评价实时护理质控在危重症患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法本次调查2015年1~12月我院收治的危重症患者100例。对患者进行随机分组处理,观察组及对照组各为50例。对照组患者接受传统护理;观察组接受事实护理质控管理,分析比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者在并发症发生率、护理记录合格率、患者满意率等指标上均优于对照组,组间差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论实时护理质控在危重症患者护理管理中具有较好的应用效果,可降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意率。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of real-time nursing quality control in nursing management of critically ill patients. MethodsThis study was from January 2015 to December 2015,100 cases of critically ill patients admitted to our hospital were investigated. Patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group were 50 cases. Patients in the control group received traditional nursing,the observation group received the nursing quality control management. We analyzed and compared of the two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results In the observation group,the incidence of complications,the rate of nursing records,the satisfaction rate of patients were better than the control group,there was statistical significance between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The real-time nursing quality control has good application effect in nursing management of critical patients,which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the rate of nursing satisfaction.
