摘要
目的为了使得护理水平得到提高并且为其提供科学有效的依据,研究与分析整体护理对妇科术后留置导尿患者的作用和其效果。方法选取100例妇科术后留置导尿患者,均为2015年1—10月该院收治过的患者,来作为此次研究分析的对象,并且对这100例患者进行分组处理,分为实验组50例和对照组50例,对于实验组则采用整体护理的方法,对于对照组则采用传统护理方法,然后在这两组接受到护理作用之后,进行比较分析处理,需要对其健康知识的掌握情况、治疗满意度、导尿管的留置时间以及泌尿系统感染的发生率进行对比和分析其中差异。结果对于健康知识的掌握情况,实验组要高于对照组。对于导尿管留置时间,实验组低于对照组。对于泌尿系统感染的发生率,实验组要低于对照组。差异具有统计学意义。结论相对于传统的护理方式,整体护理有着许多的优点,可以降低泌尿系统感染的发生率,以及提高患者对健康知识的了解程度和减少导尿管的留置时间,适合在临床上进行推广。
Objective In order to improve the level of nursing and to provide scientific basis for effective, research and analysis of holistic nursing on the function and effect of urethral catheterization in patients with indwelling urethral catheterization in patients with indwelling after gynecological surgery. Methods 100 cases of gynecological surgery, were 1 ~10 months of 2015 our hospital patients as the object. The research and analysis, and grouping of these 100 patients, divided into experimental group 50 cases and control group 50 cases, the experimental group using the method of holistic nursing,the control group using the traditional nursing method, and then after the two group received nursing effect were compared,the need for the health knowledge, treatment satisfaction, the incidence rate of indwelling catheter were compared and analyzed the difference of the time of infection and urinary system. Results For the health knowledge, experimental group Higher than that of the control group. For catheter indwelling time, the experimental group is lower than control group. For the incidence of urinary system infection. The experimental group to lower than that of the control group. These differences are statistically significant. Conclusion Compared with the traditional methods of care, holistic nursing has a lots of advantages, can be reduce the incidence of urinary system infection, and improve the understanding level of health knowledge of patients and reduce the catheter indwelling time, suitable for promotion in clinic.
