摘要
目的 探究在口腔颌面外科口腔护理中应用个性化冲洗法的临床效果。方法 选择我院在2015年7月-2016年4月期间收治的口腔颌面外科需要进行口腔护理的患者93例为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组和干预组,对照组采用传统的口腔护理方法,干预组采用个性化冲洗法进行口腔护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果 干预组患者的伤口愈合率及口腔功能恢复率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组明显较低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或〈0.01）。结论 个性化冲洗法在口腔颌面外科口腔护理中应用效果显著,值得应用推广。
Objective To explore the application of personalized irrigation in oral care in patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods Selected 93 cases with oral and maxillofacial surgery needing oral care from July 2015 to April 2016 were divided into control group and intervention group according to sequence of admission. Control group was nursed with traditional oral nursing methods, and intervention group was nursed with personalized irrigation. Clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The wound healing rate and recovery rate of oral function of intervention group were higher than control group,and complication rate was lower than control group,which showed significant difference（P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Personalized irrigation for patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery shows remarkable clinical efficacy, worthy of popularizing application.
