摘要
目的对口腔内科疾病采用手术治疗和常规治疗的临床治疗效果进行对比与探讨。方法便利选取该院自2015年1月—2018年12月收治的口腔疾病患者90例患者作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组与对照组两组,分别采用手术治疗与常规治疗两种方法,并对两组患者的临床治疗效果、和治疗满意度进行对比。结果从临床治疗效果及治疗有效率看,观察组痊愈、好转的患者数量及治疗有效率分别为43例和95.6%,明显高于对照组的32例和71.1%,观察组无效的患者数量及治疗无效率分别为2例和4.4%,明显低对于对照组的13例和28.9%,两组患者组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.827,P<0.05)。从治疗后患者满意度看,观察组非常满意、基本满意、满意患者数量及满意度分别为44例和97.8%,明显高于对照组的38例和84.4%,观察组不满意的患者数量及占比分别为1例和2.2%,明显低于对照组的7例和15.6%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.271,P<0.05)。结论与常规药物治疗相比,手术治疗口腔内科疾病患者,具有较好的治疗效果,在减少了并发症的同时,也提升了患者满意度。
Objective To compare and discuss the clinical effects of surgical treatment and conventional treatment of oral diseases.Methods Ninety patients with oral diseases treated in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were convenient selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.They were treated with surgery and conventional treatment.The clinical treatment effect and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results From the perspective of clinical treatment effect and treatment efficiency,the number of cured and improved patients in the observation group and the treatment efficiency were 43 cases and 95.6%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the 32 cases and 71.1%in the control group.And the effective rate of treatment was 2 cases and 4.4%,which was significantly lower.For the 13 cases and 28.9%of the control group,there was significant statistical difference between the two groups(χ^2=13.827,P<0.05).From the perspective of patient satisfaction after treatment,the observation group was very satisfied,basically satisfied,and the number and satisfaction of patients were 44 cases and 97.8%,which were significantly higher than the control group of 38 cases and 84.4%.Unsatisfaction was 1 case and 2.2%,which was significantly lower than 7 cases and 15.6%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(χ^2=9.271,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional drug treatment,surgical treatment of patients with oral medical diseases has a better therapeutic effect.While reducing complications,it also improves patient satisfaction.
