摘要
为了解TMV在不同环境介质中的富集变化规律,以烤烟K326为材料,通过实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术,分析烟草经TMV侵染后其根部环境中病毒含量的变化。结果表明:TMV在无土栽培和盆栽条件下均呈上升、稳定和下降的变化规律;在接种21~30d后栽培环境中病毒含量最高;不同的栽培环境中病毒的含量不同,土壤环境中的含量高于水培环境,接种30d后盆栽土壤中病毒的含量约为水培溶液的1.51倍。
In order to explore the change regulation of TMV enrichment in different environmental media.The content of viruses in the root environment after infected with TMV virus was detected by using real-time quantitative reverse-transcription PCR taking K326 as the test material.Results:Accumulation of TMV both in soilless culture and pot culture increased,then kept stable and decreased.The concentration of virus reached the climax at 21 dand 30d,respectively.The content of virus in different cultural environment was different.The virus content in soil was higher than in soilless culture.The maximum of virus in pot culture was 1.51 times more than in soilless culture at 30 days post-inoculation.
