摘要
水中的病毒对人体健康的风险日益受到关注,对环境水体中病毒的检测是预防疾病、评估水源卫生质量、环境卫生状况的一项有价值的工作。现代分子生物学技术的发展为水中病毒快速检测方法的建立提供了可能。对水体中病毒浓缩的几种方法:NaCl-AlCl3.6H2O沉淀法、滑石粉-硅藻土法、絮凝洗脱法进行了介绍与比较,进一步提出理想的浓缩方法应满足的条件。对浓缩后水样中病毒的PCR检测的方法也做了介绍。
The risk of human health from viruses in water is increasingly given attention,the detection of viruses in the environmental water is a valuable work for preventing diseases and evaluating sanitary quality of water and health condition of environment.The development of modern molecular biotechnology makes it possible to build rapid detection method of viruses in water.This article introduced and compared some methods of virus concentration in water,such as NaCl-AlCl3 6H2O precipitation process,talc-diatomite method and flocculation elution technique,and further proposed corresponding condition of perfect concentration method.PCR method for the detection of viruses after concentrating in water was also introduced.
