摘要
工业污染源排放的氮氧化物是燃煤过程产生的,控制措施包括燃烧过程控制和燃烧后NO_X治理。SCR烟气脱硝催化剂是减少NO_X排放行之有效的方法。我国燃煤火电厂、钢铁行业等企业数量较多,都逐步加装了SCR烟气脱硝装置,未来几年内,我国将产生大量的废旧烟气脱硝催化剂。目前,国家已将其纳入危险废物进行管理,企业按照有关法律法规依法处理处置废烟气脱硝催化剂,并采取有效措施,防止造成环境污染和资源浪费。本文就当前SCR烟气脱硝催化剂再生过程中产生的环境问题展开分析,就其再生技术的改进措施进行研究,就如何处理环境问题提出具体措施。
From the process of industrial pollution emissions of nitrogen oxides is coal,control measures including combustion process and combustion NO_X control. SCR flue gas denitration catalyst is effective way to reduce NO_X emissions. China's coal-fired power plants,iron and steel industry companies such as the quantity is more,gradually add the SCR flue gas denitration device,the next few years,our country will produce large amounts of waste flue gasdenitrationcatalyst. At present,the country has been included in the hazardous waste management,the enterprise shall,in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations in accordance with the law to deal with the disposal of waste flue gas denitration catalyst,and take effective measures to prevent environmental pollution and resource waste.In this paper,the current SCR flue gas denitration catalyst regeneration process of the environmental problems of analysis,the improvement measures for research on its regeneration technologies,puts forward specific measures on how to handle environmental issues.
