探讨与硫酸生产钒催化剂有关的几个问题:催化剂开发的前沿机遇和研究资源的社会共享,钒催化 剂检测标准与质量管理和监督,催化反应器设计与性能保证值,催化剂供应商与技术服务。建议利用国家重点实 验室这一社会资源开展催化剂基础研究以寻求新的催化剂开发机遇,制定科学的检测标准,发挥国家认可实验室 的作用加强催化剂质量的管理与监督,进行催化反应动力学研究和催化反应器模拟研究,完善催化剂供应的技术 服务,全面提高我国催化剂产品的技术创新能力和市场竞争力。
Some problems with vanadium catalyst for sulphuric acid production are discussed with respects to frontier opportunity for catalyst development and social sharing of research resource, testing standards for vanadium catalyst and quality management and monitoring, catalytic reactor design and performance quarantee value, and catalyst supplier and technical service. It is proposed to conduct basic study of catalyst by utilizing research resource of the state key laboratories to seek new opportunity for catalyst development, prepare scientific testing standard for catalyst, bring the state-certificated laboratory into play to strengthen management and monitoring of catalyst quality, carry on studies of catalytic reaction kinetics and catalytic reactor simulation, and perfect technical service, in order to raise the ability of technological innovatory and market competitive power of China＇s vanadium catalyst products thoroughly.
