摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜下困难取环术配合有效的护理干预对绝经后妇女术后康复的影响。方法选取80例行宫腔镜困难取环术患者随机分为对照组与实验组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予手术配合及护理,观察2组手术效果。结果比对照组相比,实验组取环成功率及满意度更高,手术时间等时间指标更短,并发症较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下取环术结合有效的护理配合及护理干预,可促进绝经妇女的康复。
Objective To explore the effect of removal of difficult intrauterine device under hysteroscopy combined with effective nursing intervention on the postoperative rehabilitation of postmenopausal women. Methods A total of 80 women with removal of difficult intrauterine device under hysteroscopy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group was treated with surgical cooperation and nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing. Effect of operation was observed in the two groups. Results In the experimental group,the success rate of removing intrauterine device and satisfaction degree were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the operation time and complications were significantly better（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Removal of intrauterine device under hysteroscopy combined with effective nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of the postmenopausal women.
