摘要
当前高职老服专业学生的职业心理素质存在一系列问题,造成了养老服务人才的流失严重,有必要根据专业特点提高其职业心理素质。高职老服专业学生应具备"老人至上"的服务理念、认真负责和细致耐心的服务态度、较高的职业认同感、良好的挫折承受力和不断学习的能力等职业心理素质。从提高重视程度、丰富专业教学、强化实习实训、发挥学生社团作用和开展职业心理素质拓展训练等方面提出了提高老服专业学生职业心理素质的路径。
A series of problems exist in the professional psychology of current higher vocational elderly service students,and this causes serious talent loss of elderly service talents, so it is necessary to increase the professional psychological quality according to its own major features. The students of higher vocational elderly service should have service concept of ＂the old man is supreme＂, serious and responsible and meticulous service attitude, higher professional identity, good frustration tolerance and continuous learning ability. It proposes ways to improve professional psychological quality of elderly service students from improving value degree, enriching professional teaching, strengthening practice, giving play to student community and developing professional psychology quality expansion training.
