摘要
为了给用人单位选择毕业生提供依据,结合高职院校教学管理工作实际,需对高职院校学生进行职业能力与综合素质等方面的评价。首先依据评价体系设计原则,运用德尔菲法确定出高职院校学生职业能力与综合素质评价体系的4项二级评价指标和19项三级评价指标,然后采用层次分析法构建出职业能力与综合素质双视阈评价体系和评价模型,最后通过对某学生进行综合评价,验证评价体系、评价模型的合理性和适用性。
In order to provide a basis for employment units to choose graduates, combine with teaching management reality,it should evaluate professional ability and comprehensive quality of higher vocational students. First according to the design principle of assessment system, using Delphi method it defines four second-level evaluation indexes and nineteen three-level evaluation indexes, then it adopts AHP to construct double visual threshold assessment system and assessment model of professional ability and comprehensive quality, at last it conducts comprehensive assessment of some student to verify the rationality and applicability of assessment system and assessment model.
