摘要 为了对长输油气管道应变进行有效监测和预警,降低管道安全运营成本,论证了管道位移监测的必要性,提出了将自主研发的惯性测量单元(IMU)测绘技术应用于管道中心线检测的方法,结合管道基线数据检测管道位移和弯曲应变。IMU系统可以高精度检测管道弯曲应变和管道位移,与现有的位移监测技术相比,IMU内检测可以全线逐点检测管道的弯曲应变和位移,对管道的弯曲应变和位移监测更加全面和精确。现场应用结果表明,该检测方法具有位移和应变集中及时发现等功能,通过长期的周期性检测可评估管道整体位移概况,根据检测结果可合理调配管道维修资源,使管道完整性管理工作更加主动有效。提出的检测方法为长输管道的安全运行提供了技术保障。 To inspect and alert the strain of long-distance pipeline and to reduce running costs in the long term,the necessity of pipeline displacement monitoring has been discussed. The method of using customized IMU( inertial measurement unit) mapping technology to inspect pipeline centerline has been proposed. Combined with pipeline baseline data,the pipe displacement and bending strain could be detected. The IMU system can monitor pipe displacement and pipe bending strain with high accuracy. Compared with the conventional displacement monitoring technology,the IMU in-line monitoring can inspect the bending strain and displacement of the entire pipe point by point,which is more comprehensive and accurate. Field application results show that this method has the function of in-time displacement and strain concentration detection. The pipeline displacement could be assessed through long-term periodic inspection,based on which a reasonable allocation of pipeline maintenance resources could be attained,presenting a more proactive and effective pipeline integrity management. The proposed inspection method could provide a guarantee for the safe operation of long-distance pipeline.
