摘要
全面介绍了判断天然香味物质来源的同位素分析方法,意图使业内人士对这一领域内的最新进展有清晰的了解,并有助于他们的工作开展。还以香兰素为实例,应用香料行业普遍采用的GC-MS分析技术,对不同来源原料中的微量杂质成分进行比较分析,为企业提供利用现有仪器条件快速判断原料来源的思路。
The isotope analysis for determining the starter materials of the natural aroma chemicals were introduced in this paper detailedly. It provided the latest developmental information for participants in FF, aroma chemicals industry, and would help them establishing some effective checking methods during business. For an example, as the trace impurities in vanillin would come from different origins, they might be tracked by common GC- MS, which was a widespread used analytical method in FF industry. The results may provide a quick judge for the origin of natural material based on daily used instruments.
