摘要
目的:分析循证护理对食管癌术后早期肠内营养支持的护理价值。方法:选择我院收治的70例食管癌术后患者作为研究对象,随机把70例患者分成对照组与观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理,对比两组患者情况。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率少于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理对食管癌术后早期肠内营养支持能减少并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the value of supporting early enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer operation by evidence-based nursin. Methods: 70 cases of esophageal cancer in our hospital as the research objects, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing; the observation group was given evidence-based nursing, and compared two groups. Results: Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was better; the incidence of complications was less than the control group; the difference between two groups was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Evidence based nursing can reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of popularization and application.
