摘要
目的:研究IVF-ET妊娠早期先兆流产的中医证型分布,为该病中医药辨证论治提供借鉴。方法:采集整理IVF-ET妊娠早期先兆流产患者的症状及体征,统计并分析其中医证型分布情况。结果:102例IVF-ET妊娠早期先兆流产患者中,临床症状出现频率最高的3位依次为阴道出血、口燥咽干、手足发热,频率出现最低的是跌扑损伤;通过临床症候聚类分析后,可见到4个典型的中医证候及其分布情况为:血热型37例(36.27%)、肾虚型32例(31.37%)、血瘀型17例(16.67%)、气血两虚16例(15.69%)。结论:血热型、肾虚型、气血虚弱型、瘀血型为IVF-ET早期先兆流产四大主要证型;与传统中医理论及有关文献报道的自然妊娠早期先兆流产的基本证型相一致,但发生比例有较大区别;其中血瘀型、血热型的发病率大大提高。
Objective：To observe the distribution of different TCM syndrome types happened on IVF early threatened abortion patients, and provide reference for the disease of traditional Chinese medicine clinical differentiation. Methods ： Collecting and organizing the signs and symptoms in IVF- ET patients with threatened abortion in early pregnancy, statisticing and analysing the distribution of TCM syndrome types. Results ： The three highest frequency of the clinical symptoms, are vaginal bleeding, mouth and pharynx dry, and the hand and foot of fever, and the lowest frequency is flapping damage in 102 cases of IVF-ET patients with threatened abortion in early pregnancy. Through clustering analysis of those clinical symptoms, it is visible to find 4 typical TCM syndrome types and theirs distribution are ： the type of blood heat 37 cases （ 36.27% ）, the type of kidney deficiency 32 cases （ 31.37% ）, and the type of blood stasis 17 cases（ 16.67% ）, the type of deficiency of qi and blood 16 cases （ 15.69% ）. Conclusion ： The type of blood heat, the type of kidney deficiency, the type of kidney deficiency and the type of deficiency of qi and blood are the main types in IVF-ET patients with threatened abortion in early pregnancy; it is consistent to natural basic syndromes of threatened abortion in early pregnancy relating to traditional Chinese medicine theory and related records, but there have bigger difference in occurrence ; the type of blood heat and the type of blood stasis are greatly increased.
