摘要
计算各轮垂向荷载,建立车辆转弯工况下侧翻临界速度的数学模型;分析水罐侧倾时的液体分布,计算水罐消防车车体发生侧倾时水罐中液体对车辆侧倾角影响,对侧翻临界速度模型进行优化;选用某型水罐消防车结构参数,运用MATLAB仿真速度模型,并与TruckSim软件仿真结果进行对比。结果表明,所建立的速度模型与其他速度模型所得结果相近,且更接近实际情况,水罐液体的影响使安全行驶速度降低,可将内侧后轮侧翻的临界速度作为转弯的安全车速。
The vertical load of each wheel was calculated,and a critical speed model of rollover was established.The distribution of liquid during the rollover was analyzed.The mathematical model was improved by considering the effect of liquid redistribution on roll angle.A certain type of fire-extinguishing water tanker was selected and critical speed was simulated using MATLAB,and verified using TruckSim.The results showed that the safety speed is similar to the results of other models and it is more close to the actual situation.Influence of water pot makes the safety speed smaller.The critical speed of inner rear wheel can be considered as the safe turning speed.
