城市主战消防车车载消防炮喷射反力研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用仿真分析与实验研究相结合的方法,量化喷射处于极限位置时不同流量下消防车车载消防炮喷射反力的大小,分析其对整车侧倾稳定性的影响。基于Pro/E建立车载消防炮的三维模型,并将模型导入Fluent中,分析不同流量下喷射反力的大小。为验证仿真结果,搭建车载消防炮喷射反力试验台,进行不同流量下消防炮喷射反力的测试。研究结果表明,同一工况下,喷射反力仿真及实验数据相对误差在6%以内;车载消防炮的喷射反力与流量呈现正相关关系,拟合公式可以作为消防炮喷射反力与流量关系的简单计算公式。 In order to quantify the influence of the jet counterforce of the fixed-vehicular fire monitor at different flow rates when the injection is at the limit position,and analyze its influence on the roll stability of vehicles,this paper introduced a method,which combined the simulation analysis and experimental research.A 3D model of the fixed-vehicular fire monitor was established using Pro/E software and imported to the Fluent software to analysis the jet counterforce under different flow rate.A test bed of the jet counterforce of fire monitor was built to test the fire monitor jet counterforce under different water flow and verify the simulation.Results showed that,the relative error between the simulation and the test is less than 6%under the same condition;the counterforce is positively correlated to the flow rate,and the fitting formula can be used as a simple calculation formula for the relationship between the reaction force and the flow of the fire cannon.
