摘要
本文详细研究了氧化锌悬浮液的分散行为及固含量、p H值和聚丙烯酸(PAA)添加量对分散行为的影响。实验结果表明:固含量、p H值和PAA添加量对氧化锌悬浮液的分散行为有显著的影响。粘度法及Zeta电位测试法所反映的悬浮液分散性随p H值和分散剂添加量的变化规律基本一致。当p H=9~10、分散剂添加量为0.40wt%~0.60 wt%时,粘度最低、Zeta电位绝对值最大、分散效果最好。分散剂添加量存在最佳范围,其最佳范围不随固含量的变化而改变,颗粒的粒径分布窄、平均粒径小。
Dispersion behavior of ZnO suspension and effects of the solid loading, pH and polyacrylic acid (PAA) content on the dispersion be- havior were examined in detail in this paper.The experimental results showed that the solid loading,pH and PAA content significantly influ- ence the dispersion behavior.The variation tendencies of the suspension dispersity with the changes of pH value and dispersant content from the viscosity measurement were almost consistent with those from the Zeta potential measurement.The viscosity achieved the minimum, abso- lute value of the Zeta potential achieved the maximum and the dispersity achieved the best at pH 9N10 and the dispersant content 0.40-0.60 wt%. The dispersant content had a suitable range, the suitable range did not change with the solid loading; the particle size distribution is narrow, small average particle size.
