摘要
目的探究饮食护理干预对食管癌患者放疗期间营养状况的影响。方法选取我院2014年5月-2015年6月收治的68例食管癌放疗患者,随机分组,各34例。常规组予以常规营养护理,研究组予以饮食护理干预。观察患者营养状况及淋巴细胞计数。结果研究组营养正常率70.6%,高于常规组35.3%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);研究组淋巴细胞计数正常率73.5%,高于常规组32.4%,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论饮食护理干预可显著改善食管癌放疗患者营养状况,减少营养不良的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of diet nursing intervention on nutritional status of esophageal cancer patients during radiotherapy. Methods 68 cases of esophageal cancer patients treated from May 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital, random grouping, each of 34 cases. The routine group was given routine nutrition nursing, the research group was given diet nursing intervention.Nutritional status and lymphocyte count were observed in the patients. Results The normal rate of nutrition in the study group was 70.6% and higher than that in the conventional group 35.3%, was difference had statistically significance(P〈0.05), The normal rate of lymphocyte count was 73.5% in the study group and higher than that in the conventional group32.4%, the difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Diet nursing intervention can significantly improve the nutritional status of esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy, reduce the incidence of malnutrition.
