摘要
目的探讨护理干预对食管癌放疗患者进食疼痛的影响。方法对80例食管癌放疗患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和实验组(n=40),对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上给予包括心理护理、口咽护理、饮食护理、疼痛护理及舒适护理在内的综合护理干预。结果经综合护理干预,实验组患者轻度进食疼痛的症状较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者满意度明显高于对照组,两组结果比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能有效缓解食管癌放疗患者的进食疼痛症状,提高了患者满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the eating pain of patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy. Methods 80 cases with esophageal cancer radiotherapy were randomly divided into control group(n=40) and experimental group(n=40).The control group using conventional care, experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention, including psychological nursing, oropharyngeal nursing, diet nursing, pain nursing and comfortable nursing. Results After comprehensive nursing intervention, there was statistically significant difference in the comparison of mild eating pain symptoms between the two groups and the satisfaction rate of the patients was significantly higher in the intervention group than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention can effectively relieve eat pain symptoms in patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy, which also improves the patients' satisfaction.
