摘要
目的探究糖尿病合并甲亢患者的临床治疗方案。方法选取2014年6月-2015年6月我院收治的40例糖尿病合并甲亢患者进行分析。结果针对患者临床症状进行治疗,其血糖指数可以控制在5.17mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖指数控制在7.5-11.4 mmol/L,甲状腺功能得到显著的改善。结论糖尿病合并甲亢患者需要在临床实践中采取具有针对性的治疗措施,从而提升诊断的准确性。
Objective To explore the clinical treatment of diabetic patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods From June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital,40 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism patients were analyzed.Results In the treatment of patients with clinical symptoms,the glycemic index can be controlled in 5.17mmol/L,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose index control in 7.5to 11.4 mmol/L,thyroid function has been significantly improved.Conclusion Patients with diabetes and hyperthyroidism need to take targeted treatment measures in clinical practice,so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
